This Privacy Policy governs your use of dianamdonaldson.com, from hereon referred to as The Service. Additional documents are provided wherever necessary for use of specific programs such as virtual coaching services. The Service, dianamdonaldson.com, is owned, operated, and managed by Diana Donaldson. This document informs you of content provided and policies and procedures for information processed through the website. 

What’s Provided

Primary Content: The Service provides content and program offers that fall under the category of business services and life coaching with resources offered for a fee and others that are provided free of charge. The content and products are for individuals ages 18+ who are working towards a positive goal. All material is created and made available by the owner and operator of this Service. 

Secondary Content: This website also serves as the brand and marketing portfolio and acting profile the author. A blog may be present with articles that may be changed or removal at the sole discretion of the owner. Visitors may Subscribe to receive notices of new posts. Once signed up, recipients can stop the service through the unsubscribe link in their email notices or by direct request sent to care@dianamdonaldson.com. Email requests will be processed within 24 hours. 

All content and images are the sole property of the owner and may not be reproduced. Products offered for sale are not to be re-sold. 

Information Collected

Data from Website Traffic: The Service uses Google Analytics tools to gain more insight into how often my pages are being visited, time spent on a page, and where certain visitors may have originated from. This data is not personally identifiable and used to continually improve content and accessibility.

Identifiable Information: Any information that can identify a specific individual is user-submitted. This information includes: Name, Email, Phone, and any answers shared within contact forms. The identifiable information is never shared or sold but will be saved unless you opt out of all communications through email unsubscribe links or emailing care@dianamdonaldson.com. 

Purchases: When a user purchases a product, identifiable information is collected to process the order: full name, email, and billing information. As a single-owner website, your information is only processed by one person. Transactions are processed using a secure platform rated highly for compliance and security measures. To further protect customers, billing information is deleted from the payment processor, 6 months from purchase date. Your name and email will be saved in our password-protected customer record management system for 1.5 years from point-of-sale for post-transactional requests and ongoing service. Free Downloads: When you request a free product we retain your name and email address for 6 months from the date of the most recent download date. We will offer you additional relevant resources to further your journey via email which you can opt out of by clicking “Unsubscribe” in the footer of any email or, sending requests to:  care@dianamdonaldson.com. 

Service Providers: Our third-party service providers are also referred to within GDPR as sub-processors and used for improved operational and eCommerce functionality. We utilize Stripe, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console to better understand the potential needs the service meets and how well it helps users find what they need.

To request removal of your identifiable data listed above, please email care@dianamdonaldson.com to be honored within 24 hours of email receipt.  

Your Rights and Do Not Track Information

Delete Tracking: You can delete tracking codes within your browser at any time: 1. open your browser settings, 2. toggle to “Privacy and Security” 3. Select delete browser data and cookies. We are unable to delete tracking data from previous sessions.

Who Processes Your Information

We will never sell or share information. All online inquiries, orders, and data analytics generated through the Service is processed by the owner, who also replies to your emails, and social media comments.

We Protect Information Collected

GDPR Compliance: personally identifiable information retained by the Service is listed in “Information Collected.” Currently, the Service is open and accessible to all, however our content is dedicated to individuals ages 18+.

Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, “VCDPA”: This website does not meet the parameters noted by the state of Virginia to require this regulation. However, any user may request their data be deleted from our records at any time. 

Keeping Your Data Secure

I commit to upholding strict data protection procedures; security from ill-intended hacks cannot be 100% guaranteed. By continuing to use this service you accept these risks.  

Children’s Privacy

Our Service serves adults and does not directly address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under age 18. If you are a parent or guardian and know that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please email care@dianamdonaldson and this data will be deleted upon receiving notice. If we discover that a child under age 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information immediately.

We Uphold our Duty to Abide by the Legal System

Personal Information will be disclosed where required by law or subpoena.

Our Privacy Policy is updated to respond to new internet security protocols. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
